After the 14-day trial, your account will automatically transition to the Free Plan, which is limited to 15 queries per month, 1 seat, and training sources restricted to URLs and PDFs.

Canceling your subscription is straightforward. Once canceled, your current plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Afterward, your account will automatically move to the Free Plan, though you may upgrade to a paid plan again at any time.
A query is counted only when the bot successfully provides a relevant answer. If the bot cannot find an answer, it is not counted. You can purchase additional query capacity as an add-on for $10 per 50 queries.
