What are Private Prompt Templates? +

Private Prompt Templates are saved for your personal use. The storage capacity for these templates depends on your subscription plan, with higher tiers offering increased limits.

What is the Favorites List? +

The Favorites List is a feature that allows you to mark a Prompt Template with a star to save it to your personal favorites.

What are Custom Lists? +

Higher-tier plans include additional private custom lists, allowing you to name and organize your work effectively.

Will my existing Private Prompts be deleted? +

No. Your data is not deleted. You can continue using your existing Private Prompt Templates, though you will be unable to save new ones if you exceed your plan's limit.

What is price indexation, and how does it work? +

Price indexation means that your subscription price may increase annually, in accordance with the terms of our billing agreement.

Where is my invoice? +

You can download your invoices via the billing portal by clicking 'Manage' next to the relevant subscription.

How can I cancel a subscription? +
