FAQ from Chainrel

Which blockchains and networks does your service support? +

We support the following EVM chains: Ethereum (Mainnet, Goerli TestNet), Polygon (Mainnet, Mumbai TestNet), Binance Smart Chain (Mainnet, TestNet), and Avalanche C-Chain (Mainnet, Fuji TestNet). Support for Optimism and Linea is coming soon.

How does your service handle blockchain data parsing? +

To read blockchain data, we parse all subscribed event records and deliver them to you. We support parsing various data types, including arrays, strings, integers, and structs, with data delivered by assigning it to ABI JSON variable names.

Can I customize the block confirmation value for transaction verification? +

Yes. For security-focused operations, you can select an optimal block confirmation value to ensure safety and enhance transaction verification reliability. Notifications are sent once the specified block confirmation occurs.

How do I specify the events I want to receive notifications for? +

You can import events using a verified contract address or an ABI file, or by utilizing predefined ERC-20, 721, or 1155 events. We will send notifications based on your specific selections.

Can I receive notifications for events from multiple contracts? +

Yes, you can add multiple contract addresses for your selected events to receive notifications from all of them. Alternatively, if you select the 'Listen to all contracts' option, we will send notifications to your webhook service for selected events without filtering by contract address.

What happens if I exceed the notification limit? +

If you exceed your notification limit, notifications will pause until your next billing period begins. You may also purchase additional notification credits to continue receiving alerts without encountering surprise costs.

Is there a queue system for notifications? +

Yes, we maintain a queue system for events available for each block.

On which channels can I receive notifications? +

Currently, we support notifications via Webhook URL, Slack, or Discord. Integrations for Telegram and Zapier are currently in development.
