Coins are used to acquire bonus messages. These messages are separate from your subscription limit; once your subscription messages are exhausted, the service will utilize your bonus messages. You can manage these in the bonus page of the app or website using the redeem toggle. Coins have a 1:1 value to bonus messages. You can purchase 1000 or 3000 messages using money or by redeeming coins; you do not need to pay and use coins simultaneously.

All chats and characters you create are private unless you choose to publish them. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you make public complies with our Terms of Service. If content does not meet community standards, please keep it private. Character cards are personal to your account and are not publicly shared or reviewed by moderation.

If you encounter an error code while logging in, please clear your browser cache and ensure you are logged into the browser with your primary email. Never use a 'throwaway' email, as we have no method for resetting passwords. You are responsible for your account security.

You may email support@crushon.ai to request information regarding the termination of a character. Appeals are not guaranteed, and prohibited or flagged content will not be restored.

For Stripe: use the subscription management page via the website or app. For Apple Pay: turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. For Google Pay: turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
