How to use Deploud?

Users configure their deployment scripts on the Deploud platform. Deploud generates a .zip file containing the necessary scripts (cli, pulumi, scripts, gen.bash, del.bash, config.json). Users unzip these files into their project, customize the config.json if necessary, and execute 'bash gen.bash' to install CLI tools and configure permissions. Finally, they navigate to the Pulumi folder and run 'pulumi up' to deploy their application.

FAQ from Deploud

How is Deploud different from other services? +

Unlike services such as Vercel or Fly, Deploud does not abstract your services away from the cloud provider. It utilizes established tools like Pulumi to generate and verify your infrastructure code, while also bootstrapping and configuring your environment before the infrastructure code is executed.

How is this different from using IaC tools like Pulumi and Terraform directly? +

Deploud generates verified Pulumi code for you, allowing you to utilize standard IaC tools without the time-consuming process of writing the code from scratch.

Will AI make this tool obsolete? +

Current AI limitations hinder full automation: you must provide highly specific configuration requests, and LLMs often overlook existing infrastructure or produce scripts that fail due to complex, deep-level configuration errors. Deploud focuses on one-command deployments that bundle everything from CLIs to service naming, a mission that AI will likely help enhance rather than replace.

How does pricing work? +

You purchase a Deploud Project, which allows you to edit and modify your configuration as many times as you need.

Is it a one-time fee? +

Yes, there are no subscriptions. Once you generate your code with Deploud, it is yours to keep, modify, and extend as required.

What cloud providers do you support? +

We currently support Google Cloud and are actively working on support for AWS and Azure.

Do you have a refund policy? +

Yes, we offer a 30-day refund policy.
