Your data is stored securely in a SOC2-compliant application and is accessible only to your Oracle. Your data is never used to train the models.
Where can I find my invoices? +
To access your invoices, log in to your eesel AI account, tap your bot’s icon in the top left corner, select ‘Settings,’ and then tap ‘Manage Account.’ Enter your email address, and we will send you an email with access to your invoices.
What happens when I go over the AI interaction limits? +
There is no hidden surcharge pricing. If you hit your limit, you will receive an email notification, and the AI will stop functioning until you purchase additional interaction credits or upgrade your plan.
How do I cancel my paid plan? +
You can cancel your plan at any time through your account settings. Log in to your eesel AI account, tap your bot’s icon in the top left corner, select ‘Settings,’ and then tap ‘Manage Account.’ Enter your email to receive login details that allow you to update your payment information and cancel your plan.
What happens if my payment fails, such as if my credit card expires? +
If your payment lapses, we will notify you by email. Your bots will be paused until you update your payment details. Once payment is received, your services will resume immediately.
Can I change my payment method? +
Yes, you can update your payment method within your eesel AI account. Log in, tap your bot’s icon in the top left corner, select ‘Settings,’ and then tap ‘Manage Account.’ Enter your email to receive a link where you can log in and manage your payment preferences.
