Users can direct MailBuddy to write specific types of responses (polite, formal, funny, etc.) and control the quality of the generated replies before sending.
Install the Chrome extension, open Gmail, and select the email you wish to reply to. Click the 'reply' button, then use the MailBuddy panel to generate a response or provide specific instructions for the AI. Finally, edit and send the generated reply.
Visit the extension page and click “Add to Chrome.” Confirm your choice in the pop-up window, and the extension will be ready to use.
Yes, the extension is completely free to use.
To activate the extension, open your mailbox and select the email you want to reply to. Click the “reply” button to see the MailBuddy panel in the top right corner of the reply box. Click the icon to generate a reply or enter specific instructions in the input field for the AI to follow. Once the response is generated, you can send it. Note: MailBuddy is designed for replies only and does not support drafting new emails.
Currently, MailBuddy is only available for Google Chrome, with support for additional browsers coming soon.
