During your trial, you receive full, unrestricted access to the Reviewly.ai platform. You can set up your account, configure your funnel, connect to Google for monitoring, utilize the Review and Response AI features, implement white labeling, and connect with integration partners without limitations.

Depending on the offer used to sign up, you will either be automatically rebilled or prompted to select a plan and provide payment information to maintain access. Your account will be inaccessible until a subscription is activated, though any Google reviews collected during the trial will be preserved.

No, this is intentional. Since approximately 75% of small business reviews are on Google Business Profiles, we focus our efforts there. This approach simplifies the process for business owners and prevents customer confusion during the review generation process.

We use SMS text messaging to request feedback and collect reviews. Our Rapid Reviews process is designed for ease of use for both the business owner and the customer. You are assigned a dedicated private number connected to Reviewly.ai, ensuring your personal contact information remains private.

We assist customers by providing a business-specific draft review that they can copy, paste, and personalize before posting to Google. When a new review is posted, we alert the business owner via text. The owner can then generate a recommended response based on keywords, rating, and sentiment. If approved, the owner can post the response directly via text message without needing to log into the platform.

If you are unsure which plan to choose, you can book a call with a specialist for a customized presentation. Most customers select a plan based on the number of locations or clients they manage. You can scale your plan by adding more locations or seats as your business grows, and volume pricing is available for higher seat requirements.

You can cancel your account by deactivating it within the billing section of your dashboard, or by emailing Support@Reviewly.ai.

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current subscription period.

We prioritize security by encrypting all access to Reviewly.ai with SSL and actively monitoring our systems. Our database is hosted on a private, inaccessible network protected by 2FA. We use OAuth for secure connections to Google My Business, Instagram, and Facebook. Twilio credentials are encrypted and inaccessible to our team, and all third-party API connections require unique, secure Admin or Location keys.
