A “user” is defined as an account you invite that has accepted the invitation. Deactivated users are not counted toward your license total. The number of users you have in Slack does not impact your Tettra user count.
What happens after my free trial ends on the Scaling or Basic plans? +
Once your free trial concludes, you will be prompted to provide a credit card to continue using Tettra.
