Yes. You can migrate your current WhatsApp number to the WhatsApp API, or add a separate phone line to use exclusively for Wasapi and marketing operations.

Does Meta (Facebook) charge for sending messages? +

Meta provides 1,000 free conversations per month, where a single conversation can include multiple messages. Once this limit is exceeded, you must pay for each additional conversation. Please refer to their documentation for specific pricing details.

Yes, we offer a mobile application for both Android and iOS. Please note that this is not included in the Essential plan.

Who owns the information and contacts? +

You retain 100% ownership of all content, data, and contacts. Wasapi does not have permission to use your content or contact your users for any reason; we provide the tool for you to manage your business.

How long are your contracts? +

There are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can use Wasapi on a month-to-month basis and cancel at any time.
