Cloozo offers three pricing plans: Mercury, Earth, and Jupiter. The Mercury plan is $29 per month, ideal for those starting a chatbot business, and includes 10 chatbots, unlimited website embedding, file uploads, and website scraping. The Earth plan is $59 per month, designed for small businesses, and includes 30 chatbots plus all Mercury features. The Jupiter plan is $99 per month, aimed at agencies, and includes 60 chatbots plus all Mercury features. All plans allow you to use your own OpenAI and Pinecone credentials and have no character limits. The Mercury plan includes 'Powered by Cloozo' branding, while the Earth and Jupiter plans are white-labeled.

Can I train a chatbot with my own data? +

Yes, you can provide your own data to build a custom chatbot. You can upload PDF, text, and CSV files, enter website links, or connect your Notion or Airtable databases (features coming soon).

Can I create chatbots for my clients? +

Yes, absolutely. Cloozo is focused on agencies and small businesses, enabling them to launch their own commercial chatbot services. Each chatbot can be configured with its own OpenAI and Pinecone API key, ensuring it remains unique and independent from others.

Do you offer refunds? +

Due to the nature of subscription services, we do not provide refunds for payments made on Cloozo. All sales are final, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time; you will retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing cycle.
