Yes. You can cancel at any time via Settings → Billing. Unless you request a refund, you retain access to the paid version until the end of your current subscription or trial period. If a recurring payment fails three times, your account will automatically transition to the free version.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. After 14 days, you remain eligible for a prorated refund, though the annual discount may be forfeited. We aim to be fair and transparent regarding cancellations. Please contact us directly to initiate a manual refund.
While prices may change for new customers due to rising business costs, existing subscribers are protected. As long as you maintain an active or paused subscription, your rate will not increase. If you cancel and return at a later date, current pricing will apply.
