Different models have varying credit costs per response: GPT-4o-mini (1 credit), GPT-3.5-turbo (2 credits), GPT-4o (5 credits), GPT-4-turbo (10 credits), GPT-4 (20 credits), Claude-3-haiku (1 credit), Claude-3.5-sonnet (3 credits), and Claude-3-opus (20 credits).

Your message credits renew monthly on the same date as your original subscription.

Yes, you can upload multiple files to a single chatbot, provided each file is 10MB or smaller.
How many team members can I add to my account? +
The number of team members depends on your plan: the Starter plan allows 1 user, the Pro plan allows 3 users (1 main user plus 2 others), and the Business plan allows 6 users (1 main user plus 5 others).
What types of team members can I add? +
We offer three roles: Agents, Managers, and Admins. Agents can view and modify chat history but cannot invite others. Managers can invite agents and manage chatbot settings but cannot invite other managers. Admins have full permissions to invite or remove other admins and managers.

If you are not 100% satisfied within 14 days of your purchase, we will provide a full refund, no questions asked.
