A higher upscaling factor is not always better. Higher factors may introduce more AI-generated details, and the processing time will be longer.

Processing time depends on the original image size and the upscaling factor. Generally, 2x takes 1-2 minutes, 4x takes 5-6 minutes, 6x takes 8-9 minutes, and 16x may take 30-60 minutes.

Each image requires significant GPU server resources. To cover these costs, we offer both free and premium services. We appreciate your support.

Token requirements vary based on the image type and the selected upscaling factor. You can view the specific requirements by selecting different factors.

You can test the service for free before purchasing. Due to high GPU server costs and the fact that services cannot be canceled once started, we cannot process refund requests.

Your data is deleted immediately after processing and is not stored. You do not need to worry about privacy leaks.

Yes, deleting failed tasks will refund your tokens. Note that deleting tasks currently in progress will not result in a refund. Some tasks may take longer, so please be patient.
