Click 'Log In' in the top right corner of the LALAL.AI website. A pop-up will appear allowing you to register or log in using email, Google, or Facebook. If signing in via email, you will receive a message containing a one-time verification code and a temporary authorization link; enter the code on the site to access your account.
Do paid packages have an expiration date? +
LALAL.AI packages do not expire. Once purchased, the minutes remain available in your account until you have used them all for file splitting.
How are minutes deducted from my account? +
Minutes are deducted based on the following formula: total file length multiplied by the number of stem separation types selected. For example, if you have a 5-minute file and select three separation types (Drums, Piano, and Vocal/Instrumental), a total of 15 minutes will be deducted (5 minutes x 3 types).
How can I improve stem-splitting quality? +
To achieve better results, ensure your source file is high-quality, utilize the preview feature, apply advanced options such as Enhanced Processing and De-Echo, and test different neural networks.
How do I remove echo and reverb? +
To remove echo and reverb, open the LALAL.AI website, click the settings icon in the upload section, and enable the 'De-echo vocals/voice' feature from the menu. Select either 'Vocal and Instrumental' or 'Voice and Noise' as the stem type, then upload your audio or video file in formats such as MP3, OGG, WAV, FLAC, AVI, MP4, MKV, AIFF, or AAC.
