No. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you are not eligible for a refund for the unused portion of that month. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

While we do not offer a traditional free plan, we provide a referral program where you can earn free story credits. For each new user who signs up via your referral link, you earn 3 free stories. This structure helps us maintain platform quality and a safe experience for children while offering a path to access services at no cost.

Our Enterprise plan is designed for schools, ed-tech platforms, and smart device manufacturers. It includes volume-based annual billing, priority support, uptime SLA guarantees, and comprehensive training and onboarding. There is a three-month minimum commitment, and special pricing is available for government, non-profit, and educational organizations.
