An avatar is an AI model used to generate your personalized videos. You can create an avatar for anyone on your team, including founders or staff members. If a team member is unavailable, we provide access to a library of professional actors with pre-built avatars. Windsor generates a custom AI model for each individual, calibrated to match their specific face and voice.

We create a custom AI model using 20 to 30 minutes of recorded audio and video. This model can then be used to generate as many template videos as needed. Similar to an email template with placeholders for a customer's first name, our AI engine uses this data to fill in the blanks. When a customer completes an action—such as making a purchase, abandoning a cart, or submitting a form—Windsor processes the template to accurately replicate your face and voice saying the customer's name. You can test the AI engine via our demo.

We offer an internal library of templates recorded by our team of professional actors. These videos cover various use cases, including abandoned carts, post-purchase follow-ups, and newsletter signups.

This protocol was implemented to protect your brand reputation. When recorded with high-quality audio and video equipment, approximately 97% of videos are approved by our experts.

We believe AI-generated video will become ubiquitous, and we focus on ethical application and education. We anticipate that businesses will soon prefer generated video over mass email. Our perspective is that generating a video will eventually be viewed similarly to editing a photo.
